With input from both parent companies, USEV has developed an operating system that institutionalizes continuous improvement. The USEV facility is registered to IATF and ISO 14001.

Now Hiring Production Machine Operators!
US Engine Valve has openings for Machine Operators (aka Product Technicians) that are actively involved in our machining operations. These roles are for operating automated machines (i.e., NOT assembly) & verifying part quality, along with ensuring tool/material changes occur at required intervals.
USEV roles are not “button pushing” type positions (see “Essential Functions” section below).
Training is a minimum of 6 weeks; more training is given if necessary.
Salary: $20/hr (plus a $1.50 Shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift)
A $750 signing bonus is available after 90 & 180 day requirements are met!
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Sets up, operates and maintains production machinery to perform close tolerance operations of any of the following: shearing, friction welding, heat treating, grinding, turning, drilling, gauging, forging, visual/part inspection, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED required
A minimum of 6 months of manufacturing (machining experience) preferred

- 3pm-11:30pm
